Hands improved remarkably
My persistent rough hands have improved dramatically! Repeatedly disinfecting and washing my hands over the past few years resulted in extreme chapping. Normal fingerprint patterns disappeared, and the skin on my fingertips peeled throughout winter and summer. Using a steroid cream prescribed by a dermatologist provided temporary relief, but the issue recurred. However, I discovered that heavy metal detox might help, so I tried selenium.
